- Dial into voice mail.
- Dial System Administrator’s extension number and # (default is 9997).
- Dial the System Administrator’s password and #.
- Dial 9 for the Administration menu (MERLIN Mail Release 3 requires a second password and #).
- Dial 4 for Mailboxes.
- Dial 6 to modify a mailbox.
- Dial the extension number to be administered and #.
- Dial 3 to reinitialize the password. The Mail System says “The password has been initialized”.
- Dial *# to get back to the administration menu.
- Dial **9 to exit the voice mail system.
